Ingredients- Beef Steak or Chicken Pieces 1 kg
- Garlic, chopped 1 clove
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 3 Tbsp
- Coriander Leaves, chopped 8 g
- Ground Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Thai-Choice Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 cup

Directions- Mix meat with garlic, Thai-Choice Fish Sauce, pepper and coriander leaves. Marinate for 20 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and grill until it is almost done. Then brush Thai-Choice Sweet Chilli Sauce liberally over meat and leave it just until a glaze is formed (be careful not to the glaze burn).
- Best served hot with famous Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
