TOM YUM KUNG SOUP


Dear Virginie, this is the recipe of the popular hot and sour Thai soup with prawns.

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Tom Yum Paste 2 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
  • Water 3 C=cups
  • Straw mushroom 150 g 
  • Prawns 120 g
  • Tomato 50 g
  • Fresh chilli, coriander, chopped As desired

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add Thai-Choice Tom Yum Paste, prawns, mushroom and stir.
  3. Add in lemon juice and Thai-Choice Fish Sauce.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add coriander and fresh chillies and serve hot.
