GREEN CURRY WITH BEEF


Dear Tony, this is an easy recipe with Thai-Choice product to impress your guest ! Look at the video to help you.

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Green Curry Paste   1/2 bottle (3 1/2 Tbsp)
  • Vegetable oil   1 Tbsp
  • Beef, thinly sliced   200g
  • Eggplant, quartered   100g
  • Thai-Choice Fish Sauce   2tsp
  • Sugar   12 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Instant Coconut Milk Powder 2 cups
  • Warm water   to taste
  • Red chillies, sliced

Directions

  1. Mix Thai-Choice Instant Coconut Powder in warm water and stir well to make Coconut Milk. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan or wok, add Thai-Choice Green Curry Paste and stir well for 2 minutes.
  3. Add beef and continue to stir-fry for minutes, then add Coconut Milk. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat, add sugar and eggplants, stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.

  • Warm water   to taste
  • Red chillies, sliced

  1. Mix Thai-Choice Instant Coconut Powder in warm water and stir well to make Coconut Milk. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan or wok, add Thai-Choice Green Curry Paste and stir well for 2 minutes.
  3. Add beef and continue to stir-fry for minutes, then add Coconut Milk. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat, add sugar and eggplants, stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
