SALMON IN RED CURRY SAUCE


Dear Nils, the combination with salmon and Thai-Choice Red Curry is so tasty, I am sure you will love it !

Ingredients

  • Salmon steak 1 piece (300 g)
  • Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1 small can (165 ml)
  • Thai-choice Red Curry Paste 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1/2 Tbsp
  • Kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced 5 g
  • Red chillies, strips   5 g

Directions

  1. Place pan over medium heat, cook 3 Tbsp of Thai-Choice Coconut Milk until boiling.
  2. Add Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste, fry until fragrant. Put salmon steak in the pan and fry until almost cooked. Then, add the remaining coconut milk.
  3. Season with Thai-Choice Fish Sauce and sugar, cook well until oil separates. Garnish with kaffir lime leaves, red chillies and remove from heat.
