Ingredients- Thai-Choice Teriyaki Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Minced Ginger 3 tsp
- Mixed Vegetables, chopped 300 g
- Coriander, fresh for gamish
- Vegetable Oil 1 Tbsp

Directions- Heat oil in a frying pan or wok. Add vegetables and ginger, stir fry until done.
- Add Teriyaki Sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot with Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
