Easy Grilled Satay

Easy Grilled Satay

Grilled satay is a popular dish originating from Southeast Asia. It consists of skewered and grilled meat, typically served with a rich and flavorful peanut sauce. The meat can vary, including chicken, beef, pork, or lamb, and it’s often marinated in a mixture of spices, garlic, and sometimes coconut milk before grilling. Satay is usually accompanied by side dishes like cucumber salad or grilled toasts, and it’s known for its combination of savory, sweet, and slightly spicy flavors.
