Thai-Choice Glutinous Rice Flour

Pandan water
3/8 Cup
Water
1/8 Cup
Thai-Choice Coconut Milk
1 1/4 Cup
Thai-Choice Palm Sugar
1/4 Cup

Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mix Thai-Choice Glutinous Rice Flour with pandan water to make a dough. Knead well and roll the dough into small balls.
- Bring water to boil. Toss in the pandan flour balls and boil until done (cooked balls will float to the surface). Remove the cooked balls from the pans and rinse with cool water, drain, and set inside.
- In a large wok, mix Thai-Choice Coconut Milk with Thai-Choice Palm Sugar and Salt. Bring to boil and add the cooked flour balls. When the mixture turns to boil again, remove from heat.
- Serve in bowls. Optional to serve with poached egg, add it on top and ready to serve.
