Green Curry with Beef
Green Curry is a savoury combination of sweet, creamy and spicy flavours, made from all natural and specially selected ingredients that include fresh herbs and spices such as lemongrass, garlic, coriander seed, kaffir lime leaves and peels, galangal, eggplant, chilli, sweet basil and coconut milk. The herbs give this dish its natural and aromatic fragrance. The mild hot flavour comes from the combination of spices and the famous Thai chillies. The coconut milk gives the dish its creamy flavour and aroma. With the addition of either beef or chicken or other meats/seafood, this particular dish is favoured by the Thais to make a complete meal. Serve over a bed of steamed Thai-Choice® Jasmine Rice for a really authentic Thai meal

Thai-Choice Green Curry Paste
1/2 bottle (3% Tbsp)
Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp
Beef,thinly sliced
200 g
Eggplant, quartered
100 g
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce
1 Tsp
Sugar
1 Tsp
Thai-Choice Coconut Milk
1 can (400ml)
Chilli,sliced
1 Tbsp

Directions
- Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan or wok, add Thai-Choice Green Curry Paste and stir well for 2 minutes.
- Add beef and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add Thai-Choice Coconut Milk. Bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat, add sugar and egplant, stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice@Jasmine Rice.
