GREEN CURRY WITH CHICKEN


Dear Th?o, this is the famous recipe you tried in Thailand last month, now you can cook it in France!

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 200 g
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Green Curry Paste 4 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1 can (400 ml)
  • Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
  • Bamboo shoots or eggplants (sliced) 100 g

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok until hot, add Thai-Choice Green Curry Paste and stir well for 2 minutes. Add Green Curry Paste, stir fry 2-3 minutes until an aroma develops. 
  2. Lower at the heat add chicken, continue stir-fry.
  3. Add coconut milk a little at a time. Add the remaining ingredients. Allow it to simmer till done. Garnish with red chillies.
