LAMB WITH RED CURRY COOK-IN SAUCE


Dear Debby, It must be cold in Brisbane by now. Try this easy recipe to warm you.

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Red Curry Cook-in Sauce 1 bottle (340 g)
  • Lamb chops 4 pieces (175-200 g)
  • Mint leaves (chopped)  1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Sear the lamb chops over high heat on a frying pan.
  2. Add Red Curry Cook-in Sauce, reduce the heat and simmer until cooked.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of chopped mint and serve with Thai-Choice Rice and stir-fried mixed vegetables.
