PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE


Dear Debby, It must be cold in Brisbane by now. Try this easy recipe to warm you.

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Pineapple Titbits in Syrup 1 can (565 g)
  • Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce 1 bottle
  • Thai-Choice cooked Rice 6 cups
  • Sliced chicken breast fillets 450 g
  • Vegetable oil 4 Tbsp
  • Red capsicum 150 g
  • Spring onion   50 g

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan or wok, add chicken and stir-fry until it is well cooked.
  2. Add red capsicum, Thai-Choice Pineapple Titbits, cooked rice and Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce. Stir well and toss briefly for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Lastly add spring onion and serve hot.
