PRAWNS WITH SATAY COOK-IN SAUCE


Dear Jenny, Thai-Choice Satay Sauce is a savoury combination of peanuts and coconut milk, this sauce is perfect with prawns and rice noodles !

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Satay Cook-in Sauce  1 bottle (340 g)
  • Prawns (cleaned & deveined) 6 pieces (130 g)
  • Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1 bottle (340 g)
  • Fresh Lemongrass (cut to make into skewers)  2 stalks
  • Thai-Choice Rice Noodles  100 g

Directions

  1. Put 3 prawns for each lemongrass skewer, brush with coconut milk and grill for 15 minutes until it is well cooked.
  2. Place rice noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Leave to soak for 20 minutes. Rince in cold water and drain well. Set aside.
  3. Heat Satay Cook-in Sauce, add rice noodles and toss well.
  4. Arrange on a plate and serve together with the grilled prawns.
