SALMON WITH GREEN CURRY COOK-IN SAUCE


Dear Nils, Try our new fusion recipe BKK-OSLO with your famous Norwegian salmon !

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Green Curry Cook-in Sauce 1 bottle (340 g)
  • Salmon Steak Fillets 250 g
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tsp
  • Peppercorns (fresh) 2 1/2 Tbsp
  • Carrot 40 g
  • Zucchini 60 g
  • Asparagus   40 g

Directions

  1. Brush salmon with vegetable oil and grill until edges begin to brown.
  2. In a separate pan, heat Green Curry Cook-in Sauce and add in fresh green peppercorn.
  3. Place the grilled salmon on a serving plate and spoon cook-in sauce over it. Garnish with slices of lemon or lime.
  4. Serve hot with steamed vegetables and Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
