STIR FRIED BABY CLAMS IN RED CURRY PASTE


Dear Guy, I know it is the season of baby clams in France, buy some fresh seafood and try this recipe for your family !

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Baby Clams 1 can (150 g)
  • Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste 2 Tbsp
  • Sweet basil leaves 20 g
  • Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan and Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste, stir well for 1 minute.
  2. Add Thai-Choice Baby Clams and stir Fry until cooked.
  3. Garnish with sweet basil and serve steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
