STIR-FRY RICE VERMICELLI WITH SWEET & SOUR SAUCE


Dear Dennis, I know you like our Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir Fry sauce, do not hesitate to try our new recipe with rice vermicelli for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Rice Vermicelli 100 g
  • Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce  1/2 bottle
  • Red, Green, Yellow Capsicum (Bell Pepper) 150 g
  • Prawns 120 g
  • Vegetable Oil  1 Tbsp
  • Cashew Nuts 60 g

Directions

  1. Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 5 minutes or until soft, rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok, add rice vermicelli, Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce, prawns, capsicum and stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Before serving, garnish with cashew nuts. Serve hot.
