Fried Prawns with Spring Roll Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Prawns, cleaned and deveined                                        300g
Thai-Choice Spring Roll Dipping Sauce                           1 cup
Breadcrumbs                                                                  2 cups
Tempura Flour                                           1/2 cup
Thai-Choice Coconut  Milk                                            165 ml
Water                                                                              75 ml
Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste                                 1 -1 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Oil                                                                   1 cup

Directions

1. Mix tempura flour with water, Thai-Choice Coconut Milk and Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and roll the prawns  with tempura flour then roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
3. Pour Thai-Choice Spring Roll Dipping sauce over the prawns and serve immediately  with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
