THAI-CHOICE TROPICAL SALSA

Ingredients

  • Mango ripe, peeled and diced              1
  • Tomato seeded, chopped                    1
  • Coriander leaves, chopped                  1 Tbsp
  • Onion, chopped                                 1 1/2Tbsp
  • Yellow capsicum, diced                       1
  • Red chilli, sliced                                   1
  • Thai-Choice Fish Sauce                       1 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Rice Vinegar                    2 Tbsp
  • Ground black pepper                          1/2 tsp
  • Sugar                                                 1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix mango, tomato and all the other ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Serve as accompaniment to all Thai dishes.
