PAD THAI RICE NOODLES


Dear Debby, It must be cold in Brisbane by now. Try this easy recipe to warm you.

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Rice Noodles 150 g
  • Prawns (peeled & deveined)  100 g
  • Bean sprouts 150 g
  • Spring onion (1 inch cut) 20 g
  • Vegetable oil 4 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Pad Thai Sauce 1/2 bottle
  • Egg 1
  • Lemon or lime juice 1/2 fruit
  • Roasted peanuts

Directions

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until soft, rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan or wok.
  3. Saute prawns in oil until cooked.
  4. Add the noodles, egg and then Thai-Choice Pad Thai Sauce. Mix well.
  5. Add bean sprouts and spring onion to the pan and stir.
  6. Serve hot with squeezed lemon juice, sprinkle roasted peanuts over the top.
