SWEET & SOUR STIR FRY PRAWNS


Dear Debby, It must be cold in Brisbane by now. Try this easy recipe to warm you.

Ingredients

  • Prawns, peeled and deveined 100 g
  • Cucumber, diced 2 Tbsp
  • Onion, diced
  • Pineapple, diced 15 g
  • Red capsicum, diced 8g
  • Tomato, diced 15 g
  • Vegetable oil 8g
  • Sugar 15 g
  • Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add prawns and stir-fry for 2 or 3 minutes or until almost done.
  2. Add all vegetables and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce and sugar. Stir well for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
