PANANG CURRY


Dear Simon, the curries are very popular around Thailand, this one is a perfect main course to impress your guest !

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1 can (400 ml)
  • Beef fillet, sliced 300 g
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Panang Curry Paste 3 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan or wok, add Thai-Choice Panang Curry Paste and stir well for 2 minutes.
  2. Add beef and continue to stir well for 2 minutes, then add Thai-Choice Coconut Milk, bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, add sugar and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with our fragrant Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
