KLUAY BUAT CHEE (BANANA COOKED IN COCONUT MILK)


Dear Audrey, This recipe was your favourite, cook it by yourself for a delicious Thai dessert !

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 800 ml
  • Thai-Choice Palm Sugar Powder 125 ml
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Ripe Banana   500 g 

Directions

  1. Peel a banana and cut it into piece of 2,5 cm.
  2. Put coconut milk, palm sugar and salt in a pot, bring to the boil and add the bananas immediately.
  3. Reduce to simmer for 25 minutes until the bananas are cooked. Serve warm in a bowl.
