BEST FRIENDS SALAD DRESSING
Dear Marine, This is the delicious salad dressing that we served to you while you stayed with us !

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Rice Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Wine vinegar 2 Tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar 2 Tbsp
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Sunflower oil 1/4 cup
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 2 Tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 Tbsp
  • Mustard Dijon 2 Tbsp
  • Sweet basil 10 leaves
  • Shallot, chopped 2 Tbsp
  • Garlic, chopped 2 Tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2-1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and whisk briskly. 
  2. Decant the dressing into a serving bottle and keep refrigerated until use.
