PRAWNS WITH TOM YUM CREAM SAUCE


Dear Marine, Try our new recipe with East and West Taste for an amazing combination of taste !

Ingredients

  • Shrimps, peeled deveined, medium size 300 g
  • Thai-Choice Tom Yum Paste       1 small can (165 ml)
  • Heavy Cream     3 Tbsp
  • Saut? asparagus                                   150 g
  • Cherry tomatoes                     To garnish

Directions

  1. Stir-fry the shrimp with Thai-Choice Tom Yum Paste over medium heat. 
  2. Pour the heavy cream into the pan and cook until the shrimp  turn orange.
  3. Serve with saut? asparagus or other green vegetable and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
