Ingredients- Thai-Choice Green Curry Cook-in Sauce 1 bottle (340 g)
- Salmon Steak Fillets 250 g
- Vegetable Oil 1 tsp
- Peppercorns (fresh) 2 1/2 Tbsp
- Carrot 40 g
- Zucchini 60 g
- Asparagus 40 g

Directions- Brush salmon with vegetable oil and grill until edges begin to brown.
- In a separate pan, heat Green Curry Cook-in Sauce and add in fresh green peppercorn.
- Place the grilled salmon on a serving plate and spoon cook-in sauce over it. Garnish with slices of lemon or lime.
- Serve hot with steamed vegetables and Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
