QUICK & TASTY THAI STIR-FRIED VEGETABLES


Dear David, This is the best way to cook your vegetables, do not forget the Thai-Choice all purpose stir fry sauce !

Ingredients

  • Mixed Vegetables (broccoli, carrots, asparagus)           500 g
  • Vegetable Oil                                                           1 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce                       5 Tbsp
  • Sugar                                                                      1/2 tsp

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok, add vegetable and water, stir-fry until almost done.
  2. Add Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce and sugar, stir-fry until cooked.
  3. Serve hot with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
