Thai Rama Chicken - PRA RAM LONG SONG


Dear Debby, It must be cold in Brisbane by now. Try this easy recipe to warm you.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Fillets  300 g
  • Thai-Choice Satay Sauce   1 pouch (290 g)
  • Mixed vegetables (Broccoli, Carrot and Baby corn ) 300 g

Directions

  1. Boil chicken until cooked and slice it into bite-size pieces.
  2. Steam the vegetables and set aside.
  3. Place the steamed vegetables as the bottom layer and follow with sliced chicken on top of the plate.
  4. Pour Thai-Choice Satay Sauce over the prepared vegetables and chicken, serve hot.
