Ingredients- Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste 4 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Bamboo Shoots in Water 1 can (565 g)
- Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
- Chicken, sliced 200 g
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 Tbsp
- Sweet Basil Leaves 15 g

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste and chicken. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked.
- Add
Thai-Choice Bamboo Shoots and stir-fry 5 minutes or until cooked.
Season with Thai-Choice Fish Sauce, sugar and basil leaves.
- Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
