STIR-FRY NOODLES WITH SOY SAUCE


Dear Paul, we call this recipe Pad See Ew in Thai and it is a common lunch for Thai people.

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Rice Noodles                      250 g
  • Chicken, sliced                                       150 g
  • Chinese Kale                                          150 g
  • Thai-Choice Dark Soy Sauce                  4 Tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil                                          3 Tbsp
  • Egg                                                         2
  • Sugar                                                     1 1/2 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Fish Sauce                          3 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Soy Sauce                           1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with Thai-Choice Soy Sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes until soft, rinse with cold water and drain. 
  3. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan or wok.  Add chicken and stir until cooked. Add noodles, dark soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce and stir until mixed well.
  4. Add eggs, Chinese kale and stir well.  Serve hot.
