STIR FRIED SEAFOOD WITH BASIL SAUCE

Ingredients

  • Baby Clams                                                        400 g
  • Prawns, cleaned and deveined                         150 g
  • Squid                                                                  300 g
  • Thai-Choice Basil Stir?Fry Sauce                        1/2 bottle
  • Vegetable Oil                                                      2 Tbsp
  • Yellow Capsicum (Bell Pepper), diced                 60 g
  • Celery, chopped                                                 100 g
  • Red Chilli, sliced                                                  1
  • Thai-Choice Coconut Milk                                    1 small can (165)
     

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok. Add baby clams, squid and prawns, stir-fry until cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the vegetables, Thai-Choice Basil Stir?Fry Sauce and Thai-Choice Coconut Milk. Mix well.
