STIR-FRIED VEGETABLES WITH PRAWNS


Dear Debby, It must be could in Brisbane by now.Try this easy recipe to warm you.

Ingredients

  • Mixed Vegetables (carrots, broccoli,                                 500 g
    asparagus)                                                                       
  • Prawns, cleaned and deveined                                         200 g
  • Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce                             1/2 bottle
  • Sugar                                                                                 1 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil                                                                     2 Tbsp           
  • Almonds, sliced                                                                  3 Tbsp
  • Water                                                                                1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok, add prawns, vegetables and water, stir-fry until almost done.
  2. Add Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce and sugar, stir-fry until cooked.
  3. Before serving, garnish with sliced almonds over the top. 
  4. Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
