STIR-FRY VEGETABLES WITH SESAME OIL


Dear Sandy, do you know sesame oil ? It is really healthy, use it to cook this recipe !

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Sesame Oil                                      1/2 tsp
  • Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce                                  60 ml
  • Thai-Choice Soy Sauce                                       1/2 tsp
  • Mixed Vegetables (carrot, bean,                        400 g
    broccoli, mushroom, capsicum)
  • Vegetable Oil                                                       2 Tbsp
  • Water                                                                  30 ml

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying-pan or a wok.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables, Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce and water. Stir-fry well until done.
  3. Before serving, sprinkle with few drops of sesame oil and serve hot with Thai-Choice steamed Jasmine Rice.
