Directions- Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients for 15-20 minutes.
- Pre-heat the oven to 205?C.
- Bake chicken basting with the sauce for 40 minutes or until cooked.
- Best served with Thai-choice Jasmine Rice and steamed vegetable.
