BANGKOK WINGS


Dear Richard, Have you ever tried chicken wings in Bangkok ? This is the best place for this dish, but try this recipe to discover their savoury taste !

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings 500 g
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil 1-2 cups
  • Butter 1 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Sriracha Chilli Garlic Sauce 5 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Rice Vinegar 1 Tbsp
  • Celery 100 g

Directions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in the pan, add chicken wings and fry until it is crispy brown or till done. Take it out and set aside.
  3. Heat butter in a pan, add Thai-Choice Sriracha Chilli Garlic Sauce and Thai-Choice Rice Vinegar and stir for 1 minute. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  4. Serve chicken wings with dipping sauce and celery.
