STIR-FRIED FISH BALLS IN RED CURRY PASTE


Dear John, do you miss thai food ? Buy Thai-Choice products and prepare for your friends a tasty dinner, if you want more spicies do not hesite to add a spoon of red curry paste !

Ingredients

  •  Fish Balls                                      1 can (33 g)
  • Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste        3 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Fish Sauce                 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar                                            1 Tbsp
  • Vegetable oil                                 1 Tbsp
  • Sweet basil leaves                        15 g

Directions

  1. Heat Vegetable oil in a Sauce pan. Add fish balls and Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste
  2. Season with Thai-Choice Fish Sauce and sugar.
  3. Garnish with sweet basil leaves and serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
