FISH FILLET WITH SWEET & SOUR SAUCE
Dear Alex, I know you can easily find fish fillet in Nice, This is an easy recipe to cook a delicious Thai dinner for your friends!

Ingredients

  • Local Fish Fillets 300 g
  • Sugar 2 Tbsp
  • Capsicum, sliced 1 medium (110 g)
  • Baby Corn, sliced 100 g
  • Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce  1/2 bottle (135 ml)

Directions

  1. Grill or bake fish fillets for 2 to 3 minutes or until done and place the fillets on a serving plate or platter and keep warm. 
  2. Stir-fry the rest of the ingredients for 3 minutes and pour the contents over the cooked fish fillets. 
  3. Serve hot with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
