Ingredients- Local Fish Fillets 300 g
- Sugar 2 Tbsp
- Capsicum, sliced 1 medium (110 g)
- Baby Corn, sliced 100 g
- Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce 1/2 bottle (135 ml)

Directions- Grill or bake fish fillets for 2 to 3 minutes or until done and place the fillets on a serving plate or platter and keep warm.
- Stir-fry the rest of the ingredients for 3 minutes and pour the contents over the cooked fish fillets.
- Serve hot with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
