THAI-CHOICE SPICY BEEF SALAD

Ingredients

  • Sliced grilled beef                                         200 g
  • Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing         1/2 bottle
  • Shallots, finely sliced                                    40 g
  • Tomato, finely sliced                                     1 (80 g)
  • Coriander, chopped                                    2 Tbsp (8 g)
  • Lime, freshly squeezed                                2 Tbsp
  • Thai-choice fish sauce                                 1 Tbsp
  • Red chillies, finely sliced                              1 (7 g)
  • Mint                                                           for garnish

Directions

  1. Pan-fry fillets to medium rare. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes. When cool, thinly slice fillets and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Combine Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing, lime juice, shallot and tomato in the salad bowl.
  3. Serve garnished with mint leaves and chillies for a truly authentic taste.
