PANDAN CHICKEN


Dear Debbie, This a delicious traditional recipe, perfect as an appetizer for a complete thai meal!

Ingredients

  • Chicken Fillets, cut into strips                        500 g
  • Thai-Choice Sesame Oil                                 1 Tbsp 
  • Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce                             2 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Soy Sauce                                  1 Tbsp
  • Sugar                                                             1  tsp   
  • Ground Pepper                                              1 tsp
  • Thai-Choice Seasoning Sauce                        2 tsp
  • Pandan leaves                                               35 

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar,  ground pepper, and seasoning sauce. 
  2. Marinate the chicken in the marinade and set aside for 12 minutes.
  3. Wrap chicken in pandan leaves, using 1 piece per leaf. Fry in oil over medium heat for about 9 - 10 minutes or until cooked.
