Ingredients- Chicken Fillets, cut into strips 500 g
- Thai-Choice Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Ground Pepper 1 tsp
- Thai-Choice Seasoning Sauce 2 tsp
- Pandan leaves 35

Directions- In a bowl combine sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, ground pepper, and seasoning sauce.
- Marinate the chicken in the marinade and set aside for 12 minutes.
- Wrap chicken in pandan leaves, using 1 piece per leaf. Fry in oil over medium heat for about 9 - 10 minutes or until cooked.
