FRIED PRAWNS WITH SWEET CHILLI SAUCE


Dear Sophie, I know how you liked this dish in Thailand, cook it by yourself using Thai-Choice ingredients for a delicious and easy snack with your friends !

Ingredients

  • Prawns, cleaned and deveined   300g
  • Thai-Choice Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs   1 cups
  • Tempura Flour    1/2 cup
  • Thai-Choice Coconut  Milk  165 ml
  • Water    75 ml
  • Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste  1 -1 1/2 tsp       
  • Vegetable Oil  1 cup

Directions

  1. Mix tempura flour with water, Thai-Choice Coconut Milk and Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and roll the prawns  with tempura flour and breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
  3. Pour Thai-Choice Sweet Chilli sauce over the prawns and serve immediately  with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
