STIR-FRY MUSHROOMS IN OYSTER SAUCE


Dear Debby, It must be cold in Brisbane by now. Try this easy recipe to warm you.

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Straw mushroom                             1 can (565 g)
  • Beef, sliced                                                        200 g
  • Thai-Choice Water Chestnuts in Water            100 g
  • Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce                                 4 Tbsp 
  • Ground black pepper                                         2 Tbsp
  • Spring onion                                                      15 g   
  • Vegetable oil                                                      2 Tbsp   

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add beef and ground black pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add Thai-Choice Water Chestnuts in Water and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add in water and Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce and spring onion. And stir-fry until cooked.
  3. Serve hot with Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
