STIR-FRIED CHICKEN WITH WATER CHESTNUTS


Dear Gerard, do you know water chestnut ? Try it with chicken in this stir fried dish, it is perfect for your dinner.

Ingredients

  • Thai-Choice Water Chestnuts in water                              140 g
  • Onion, diced                                                                       25 g
  • Roasted cashew nuts                                                         63 g
  • Carrot                                                                                 100 g
  • Bell Pepper, diced                                                               30 g
  • Chicken breast, sliced                                                        150 g
  • Vegetable oil                                                                       2 Tbsp
  • Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce                          5 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan, add carrot and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add sliced chicken breast, bell pepper, Water Chestnuts and Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce.
  3. Add onion and roasted cashew nuts. Toss briefly.
  4. Serve with Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
